- Why Doesn't My Tracking Number Work?
- Domestic Orders: Please allow USPS up to 24 to 48 hours to update their tracking system
International Orders: Because we use USPS as our shipping service you are provided with the international customs number. With this number you can confirm with USPS that your item has been shipped. Because USPS hands over the package to your local delivery service, exact tracking is not available at this time.

- Your package will be shipped out with the service you have chosen while you went through the checkout process. We are unable to speed up transit times after the package has been shipped.
- Can you update my address after it has been shipped?
- At this time we cannot change an address while the package is in transit. Please make sure you're shipping information is correct at the time of checkout.
- My International Package has not arrived yet.
- Some of our international customers have seen transit times of up to 3-4 weeks while choosing first class as their shipping option. However , you may receive the item before this time. If it has been 4 weeks since your order has shipped and you have not received your package please let us know immediately.
